If you have an existing or new condition that may require special treatment such as Anaphylaxis, diabetes, or other condition, please call or send an email and we will contact you to discuss.

Please note: Supplying medical information to Your Teaching Agency will not affect the amount of work you are offered. Your information will be provided to our partnered schools only if deemed necessary for your safety and will not be shared with any third party.
