How to save our app to your phone

How to save our web app to your phone home screen so it works just like a native app

We have a web app that allows teachers to login on any device to accept bookings, update their calendar availability and manage their profiles. To save our app to your phone follow the instructions below.

The easiest way to accept a booking request is to open our app on a phone and login.

The example we have given is for an iphone but it's a similar proceedure if you have an android or windows phone.

The first thing to do is to open our app on a webpage and login.
1. Open Google Chrome or Safari
2. Either visit our website or click here to login to your dashboard

3. You will be taken to our login screen, then login using your email address and password that we have assigned. You can also change your password at any time from the login screen.

Save Password

After logging in you will be prompted to save your password to iCloud. This does make it easier to login but make sure you take appropriate security measures in place to secure your phone so no one can access you account.

Click on the arrow

After logging in you will see a small box with an arrow at the bottom of the screen, similar to the first screen, click on this arrow, it will take you to the add to homescreen button as below.

Add to Home Screen to save our app

This screen will appear, scroll down the page until you see Add to Home Screen and click on it.

Click add to home screen to save our app to your homescreen. You can click on it to quickly and easily open our app to accept a booking.
