VIT Cards

CRTs - Keep your VIT card on you when you are working at one of our partnered schools

At the moment the VIT are still issuing physical VIT cards. CRTs are required to have the physical cards on them the first time they work at a school as some schools will ask to see them. It is best to keep your VIT card on you when you are working.

If you prefer you can take a photo of your card and keep it on your phone to show schools.

YTA regularly check the VIT register to make sure all our teachers are still registered and to check expiry dates. A copy of the register for each teacher is kept on our app and schools have access to these as well.

If you are having any issue with your VIT registration or renewal, please contact us to discuss.

Please note, we are unable to book teachers if their VIT hasn’t been renewed or the renewal date hasn’t been updated on the VIT online portal.
